Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally to achieve sales or service goals.
- Prepare a database.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on potential leads and provide information about our products/services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Assamese.
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
