In the home sections there is the School Settings which provides basic School related information. Then there is Create & Map Subject option which is actually a Subject Planner which provides subject Availability Data. After that, the option Support Ticket which is a Problem addresser.
(i)SETTINGS
(a)School Settings
- In School settings, there is the option of different Schools related settings which are customizable. These settings are:
- Financial & Academic Year- It helps to show the assigned dates of Financial and Academic Year
- School Basic Information-Personal detail of a School is being shared here which is customizable
- Logo Settings-In this option, the logo can be uploaded, so that anyone (School authority) can have access to it.
- ID Card Settings-In this category, changes can be made to ID Card format
- Report Header-A default header is made and saved here, so that the School authority can use it while sending any office related message.
- Configure Class-It shows the Class Specifics
- Master Data-The School Logo upload is uploaded in this option.
- Email Template-A Default Mail message template is saved so that at any time a mail can be sent without having to re-write the same thing again and again.
- SMS Template-A Default SMS template is saved so that at any time a mail can be sent without having to re-write the same thing again and again
- Class Group-In this category, data of each class group is saved.
- Time Table-Number of Periods of classes can be edited in this category.
(b)Create and Map Subject-
It consists of Subject List and Subject Mapping which helps in Subject names and their abbreviation and Assign Class wise subject respectively.
(c)Support Ticket-
This option is the Support Ticket which is a Problem addresser. With this the support team gets the idea, what is the problem or if any changes need to be done.
(ii)RIGHTS & TITLE-
It consists of the categories like
a) User Role,
b) Assign Menu to Role,
c) Assign Role to User,
d) Manage Student User,
e) Manage Employee User.
And it helps in Entry of Designation Title, Designation Assignment, Roles appointed accordingly, Student management according to Class, User according to designation respectively.

(i)Student-
It consists of the format that is needed to maintain the data of each student and they are-
(a)Student Attendance-
Attendance of Students per Class can be saved here. It Consists of Day Entry, attendance, attendance report which helps in keeping track of number of classes per day, update the attendance, date wise attendance report respectively.
(b)Student Data-
In this category, admission no/name is shown. It is overall information about students.
(c)Student Name List-
In this category, Class-wise Student name list is updated.
(d)Student Birthday-
It shows the Date of Birth of a student.
(ii)Academic-
Under this category, the systematic data of a students’ subject, color of their houses can be updated.
(a)Optional Subject-
In this option, Class wise optional Subject division is made, Class-wise overall optional subject List Report data can be made, Subject wise list of Report input can be done. In short, it manages reports keeping in mind class and subject.
(b)Student House-
In this option, Students name and their house color is being saved. It has small sub-sections like House Master, Pending /Assign, View Assigned, Reports. In this section, House name according to color is saved, Class-wise Student assignment is done, Detail of assigned house members is updated, and overall report of assigned houses is updated.
(c)ID card Print-
In this option, a format is maintained to issue an ID Card. And it is maintained in a way that the School authority can issue it at any time. In this section, ID cards can be made and photos of the student can also be uploaded.
(d)Parent Identity Card-
Likewise the ID card of the student, ID card of the parent can also be made. And the basic details will be saved for the safety of the student.
(e)Student Photo Upload-
This section is for uploading and saving photos of the students of a School. This will help the School authority to have access to the photos whenever needed.
(f)Assignment-
This is a very useful option for the students and the teachers. In this category, the name of the Teacher, Date of entry, Class, subject name, Book, Chapters, Files, Submit date. This synchronization will help a student to receive the assignment for them
(iii)Alumni-
It consists of the details of the Ex-student. And these details can be made an entry under the title such as- Reg. no, Name of Alumni, Gender, Contact & Address, Whatsapp, E-mail, joining year, alumni year, current status, willing to interact.
(iv)Certificates-
Under this title, the Certificate details that are provided are transfer certificate, Character Certificate and Bonafide Certificate. In Transfer Certificate, Form of Transfer Certificate can be issued, List of issued Certificates data can be maintained. And the procedure is same for both Character and bonafide certificate
(v)Analysis-
This category is like a record keeper of the best student of each class. For example, Record of Topper per year, record of class-wise topper.
